Returns & Exchanges

If you need to exchange the product to another size or another item, we will cover the return cost and offer free shipping on your new product. 

If you want a full refund and you regret your purchase, we will charge 6 euros from the amount we pay back, to cover the return cost. 

The bag measures 52 cm across the opening and 40 cm in height.

It also has an inside pocket measuring 26 cm across the opening and 18 cm in height.

The bag is made from 100% raw cotton canvas – a strong, durable material that's still slightly soft. The fabric is also snow-washed, giving it a distinctive washed effect.
